Your tickets will be mailed via first class US Mail in a white envelope with the return address "FolkWest Inc." We will send orders of 6 or more tickets by certified mail. If you do not receive your tickets within 3 weeks of ordering you must contact us at 877-472-4672. We will not attempt to locate or replace orders not received once 2 months or more have elapsed.

3-Day Festival Pass with Camping Campground opens Thurs., September 3. Campers must vacate by noon Monday, September 7. Includes admission to all 3 days of the festival and on-site camping. Per person, not per site. Advanced Price - $115
On-Site Vehicle Camping Pass Required for all camping vehicles including motorcycles, cars, pickups, pop-up trailers, cabover campers and small motorhomes (24' or less). Trailers over 16' long, motorhomes over 24' and 5th wheels are not permitted on Reservoir Hill. For complete rules click here. NOT A DAY PARKING PASS. Advanced Price - $45

The Four Corners Folk Festival VIP ticket includes microbrew beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, food from the VIP Grill (veggie burgers, brats, hamburgers and hot dogs), and seating in the VIP area at stage right. ID will be checked for alcoholic beverages. A very limited quantity of VIP tickets will be sold.

The VIP area opens at 3:00 PM on Friday, with dinner offered between 5:00 and 8:00 PM. The VIP area will serve lunch from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and dinner from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Saturday & Sunday. Alcohol will be served beginning at 1:00 PM on Saturday & Sunday; 3:00 PM on Friday. Drunken and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated anywhere on festival grounds. Children age 10 and under must be accompanied at all times, and children age 3-12 must have a Child VIP ticket to enter the area.

Festival VIP Tickets are limited, sold in advance and will not be available at the gate.

Child VIP 3-Day Pass For children age 3-12; older children must have regular 3-day VIP pass to be admitted to VIP area. Children 2 years and younger - no charge. Sorry, child single-day VIP passes not available. Children must be accompanied by an adult in the VIP area at all times. Advanced Price- $50
VIP Parking Pass Must be purchased in conjunction with a VIP festival ticket. Only 25 will be sold. Vehicles MAY leave and re-enter Reservoir Hill, but the same vehicle restrictions apply as with the on-site camping vehicle pass above (i.e. no large RVs, etc.) Price - $50

Refund Policy: Full refund less $5 prior to July 31, 2009. After July 31, no refunds will be given. Tickets must be mailed back with invoice and postmarked no later than July 31, 2009 to receive a refund.
