Patty will always be remembered by old-time locals for her unbelievable green chile served back in the day at Al's Cafe in Pagosa Springs. Patty, who ran the cafe with her husband Ross Aragon, is often credited with making the green chile burger locally famous.

Green Chile Tasting from 12:30 to 1:30; tasting tickets just $.50 each.

Vote for your favorite - Judges & People's Choice Winners
announced on stage at 3:30 PM.
