It’s our 15th year! This year’s program will be full of fun stories and photos from festivals past.
The festival program will be printed in 100% full color for this anniversary keepsake edition.
The program will be distributed free of charge to all festival goers beginning Thursday,
September 2 and throughout Labor Day Weekend for a circulation of 9,000+ unique readers. The life of your ad will go on much longer than the festival weekend, as most festival-goers keep the program as a free memento of their weekend on Reservoir Hill.
Ad reservation deadline/rough copy deadline is July 23, 2010
Digital camera-ready art is due by July 30, 2010

Mechanicals
The preferred format for ad submission is PDF or TIF. Adobe Illustrator or EPS is also acceptable, provided all fonts have been converted to outlines. Photos
should be scanned at 300 dpi. Line screen is 150 lpi. For full color
ads, please be sure to convert photos and scans to CMYK prior to
placement or they will not print as anticipated.
If your file is smaller than 10 MB, you may email it directly to crista@folkwest.com. Larger files may be uploaded to www.yousendit.com with a notification sent to that same email address.
Camera-ready ads that require additional work (including resizing to above dimensions) will
be billed at $60/hour.
